AURELATE
The Quiet Declaration · Loyal Companion
A woman and a leopard, crowned in the same gold, cross the red Kalahari. A fine-jewellery campaign produced end-to-end on the Ikarus OS workflow — planned like a media company, not prompted like a toy.
“Worn close, felt longer.”
The premise
Heirloom gold, worn by two creatures who answer to no one. Quiet on the surface. Never tame.
Aurelate is a fictional, studio-owned house we built to demonstrate the workflow. Every frame you see below was generated image-to-image with a single locked identity reference per subject — the opposite of “spin the slot machine until something matches.” The point isn't one pretty picture. It's eight of them that agree with each other.

The campaign · 5-slide carousel
A story in five frames.

The Companions
Two equals, one gold. A woman and a leopard hold the red dune ridge — her Panthère necklace and his collar catching the same light.

The Mirror
Her stillness, worn close. The wrap slips one shoulder; the pendant sits at the collarbone, the cuff at the wrist. Nothing performed.

Cheek to Cheek
Trust between two predators. Her face beside his, both to camera — twin catchlights, her grey-blue eyes and his amber. Never tame.

They Walk On
She takes the ridge, the leopard a step behind, into a sky built for the wordmark. The myth, walking away from you. Buy it.
The product · the Panthère parure
One suite, macro-legible.
Warm polished gold, dark spot-enamel rosettes, emerald cabochon eyes. The enamel spots and emerald eyes are what tie the woman's jewellery to the leopard's collar — the same house language on both.

The Object
Skin, gold, a fingertip of red sand. The Panthère cuff at macro — emerald eye sharp, enamel rosettes crisp. Worn close, felt longer.

The Parure
The full suite on honed sandstone dusted with Kalahari sand — necklace, twin-panther cuff, braided hoops. One raking specular per stone.
The process · how it was planned
We don't build blind. We plan.
Before a single frame renders, the shoot exists on paper: a production bible, a character board, a prop board and a storyboard. Same discipline a real agency brings to a Cartier campaign — the muse, the wardrobe, the props, the environment, the globals, all locked first.
Character board · the identity locks

The muse
Aurelle
Mid-30s; pale grey-blue eyes, freckles, auburn hair in a loose low updo; nude-rose lip, glowy un-retouched skin. Fierce-calm.

The house spirit
The Leopard
Adult leopard, front-facing amber gaze, gold Panthère twin-head collar. Calm, regal — her equal, never a stunt.
These two stills are re-attached as the reference on every frame they appear in. That single act — one locked face, never free-handed — is the whole moat.
The consistency spec · what held across all 8 frames
One muse
Aurelle — a single locked reference reattached to every human frame. Identity drift is the #1 AI tell; we removed the variable.
One companion
The same leopard, same rosette pattern, same amber gaze, reference-locked on every frame it appears in.
One wardrobe
A warm-camel / bone silk-linen desert ensemble, described identically in every prompt so it never re-rolls.
One world
The red Kalahari — one sun direction, one grade, so all eight frames read as a single evening.
One parure
The Panthère suite: geometry, gold finish, enamel spots and emerald eyes held constant, macro-legible across the set.
One spec
Seed 42 · 4:5 · one key-light logic · QA gates before ship. The plan is the product.
The statics · face & companion
The two portraits.

The Face
Freckles kept, nude-rose lip, a braided gold hoop. The face card — identity, un-retouched.

The Leopard
The house spirit alone on the dune, gold Panthère collar, a direct amber gaze. Her equal — not her pet.

Your brand, planned like this
If we can make a fictional house look inevitable, imagine yours.
Jewellery, property, hospitality, automotive — same workflow. A plan, a cast, a storyboard, and a set of assets that actually agree with each other. A 15-minute call is enough to scope it.
