VESPÈRE

après minuit

The dark wears diamonds.

A woman, two dalmatians and one diamond parure — the same light on all of them. A fine-jewellery campaign produced end-to-end on the Ikarus OS workflow, shot in two cuts: a midnight and a lookbook. Planned like a maison, not prompted like a toy.

“Keep your composure; let them lose theirs.”

The premise · SANG-FROID

la doctrine

Diamonds for the beautifully dangerous. Three rows of fire at the throat, a cuff that looks like a restraint and behaves like a crown.

Maison Vespère is an original, studio-owned house we built to demonstrate the workflow. Every frame below was generated image-to-image with locked identity references — one muse, two dalmatians — the opposite of “spin the slot machine until it matches.” The point isn't one pretty picture. It's twenty-eight of them — fourteen frames, two cuts — that agree with each other.

The world · London, after dark

Set the stage. le décor

A campaign needs a world, not just a face. So we built hers — a Mayfair townhouse, a vintage motorcar, a wall of painted ancestors and a fire that never quite goes out. Same muse, same pack, same diamonds; a story to move them through. Toggle the light and the whole city re-lights with her.

The Motorcar — Midnight down Mayfair, in the back of a black cabriolet, a dalmatian at my shoulder. I arrive late — on purpose. The dark does the announcing.
Scene I

The Motorcar

Midnight down Mayfair, in the back of a black cabriolet, a dalmatian at my shoulder. I arrive late — on purpose. The dark does the announcing.

The Arrival — The car stops at the house. The cameras find me before the door does. I don’t hurry for anyone.
Scene II

The Grand Hall — One shaft of light in an empty hall, one dalmatian in it with me. I don’t need the room lit to own it.
Scene III

At Heel — Down the long gallery, the pack at heel in the same hard light. They keep my pace — not the other way round.
Scene IV

The Salon — By the one light, the chair that was always mine, two dalmatians at my feet. Keep your composure; let them lose theirs.

The Ivory Throne — She holds the room from a carved ivory chair, a dalmatian at each side in a matching diamond line-collar. The rivière high at the throat; the whole house language — woman and companions — wearing the same light.

The Confidante — She keeps it close. A gloved hand at the dalmatian’s chest, her cheek inclined to its head — the only tenderness she shows anyone. The same diamonds on both of them, the same light.

The Turn — She turns back over the fur shoulder, unbothered. One hard key, deep controlled shadow — and the diamonds flash out of the dark, harder and brighter than the lit cheek. Never explains herself.

The product · the Vespère parure

Five pieces, one language. la parure

Colourless diamonds, graduated round brilliants, no coloured stones. The rivière's first row is the exact motif that reappears on the dalmatians' collars — the same house language on the woman and the companions, in the same frame.

Le Rivière Vespère — The hero, at macro: a three-row diamond rivière close and high on the throat, every graduated brilliant a hard countable point of white fire, its facets and claws legible. Worn close, felt longer.

The Parure, Assembled — All five pieces read hero-legible in one frame — rivière, drops, pavé cuff, solitaire — the cuff raised to the light, a dalmatian answering at the edge in its line-collar.

The Parure, Assembled

All five pieces read hero-legible in one frame — rivière, drops, pavé cuff, solitaire — the cuff raised to the light, a dalmatian answering at the edge in its line-collar.

Le RivièreThree-row diamond rivière — the hero, close and high at the throat. Its first row is the motif repeated on the dalmatians’ collars.
Les LarmesLong articulated diamond drop earrings — a line falling to a single elongated pear that swings against the dark hair.
La MenotteA wide diamond pavé cuff worn over the left glove — named for the manacle it evokes. Beauty as restraint.
Le SolitaireA single high-set solitaire over the right glove — the one point of light on the gesturing hand.
Collier-JumeauTwin diamond line-collars on the two dalmatians, identical to the rivière’s first row. The house language, on the companions.

The process · how it was planned

We don't build blind. We plan. le métier

Before a single frame renders, the shoot exists on paper: a production bible, a character board, a prop board and a storyboard — the same discipline a real agency brings to a Cartier campaign. The muse, the companions, the parure, the two cuts, all locked first.

Character board · the identity locks

Elektra identity reference

The muse

Elektra

House Cast, locked plate. Two-tone jet-black / platinum split, matte blood-red lip, imperious. Reattached as the reference on every human frame.

The Dalmatians identity reference

The companions

The Dalmatians

A single clean reference for both — regal, front-facing, plain white coats with their own black markings. Locked so the two dogs stay one look across the set.

These references are re-attached on every frame they appear in. That single act — one locked face, one locked companion, never free-handed — is the whole moat.

The consistency spec · what held across every frame

One muse

Elektra — a single locked reference reattached to every human frame. Identity drift is the #1 AI tell; we removed the variable.

Two companions

The same two dalmatians, reference-locked — plain white coats with their own natural markings, a diamond line-collar on each.

One wardrobe

A black silk-satin column gown, a monochrome fur shoulder, matte-black opera gloves, the hard two-tone hair split — described identically so it never re-rolls.

One parure

Rivière, drops, pavé cuff, solitaire and the twin collars — geometry and diamond finish held constant, macro-legible across the set.

One accent

Onyx, bone-white, diamond-white only — and Le Rouge Vespère, the blood-red, appearing exactly once per frame. The single violent note.

Two cuts

Every frame exists twice: MINUIT (near-black, one hard key) and PLEIN BLANC (bone lookbook, high-key). Toggle AI ↔ Human to see the same shoot re-lit.

The statics · face & companions
